2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on November 16, 2025 at 12:00 AM MST and ends on November 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST.
The winner(s) will be selected and announced on December 1, 2025.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to enter, participants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

• Be medically eligible to receive stem cell therapy as determined by a qualified provider

• Book and complete a free consultation with Dr. Brady Wirick’s DC office before the giveaway ends.
  This consultation is required to determine medical fit and ensure that, if selected, the winner can proceed immediately with therapy.

• Complete the official entry form truthfully and accurately

Ineligible Participants:
Employees, contractors, representatives, and family members of the Sponsor or its affiliates are not eligible.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or missing a required consultation will be disqualified.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, visit the official Giveaway website during the Giveaway Period and complete the entry form with:

• Full name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Mailing address

• Responses to pain and qualification questions

After completing the entry form, you must schedule and complete a free consultation at Dr. Wirick’s clinic to remain eligible to win.

Referral Program:
Participants may share the Giveaway using the main giveaway link.
If a referred person wins, both the referrer and referee will receive the full prize package — but only if the referee lists the referrer’s full name and phone number in the “Who referred you?” field on the entry form.
If no name is entered, the referrer will not be eligible for the shared prize.

Limit: One (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may result in disqualification.

Prize Limitations:

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Only participants who have completed their free consultation will be included in the final drawing.

The drawing will occur on or about December 1, 2025.

Winners will be notified via phone and email within 24 hours of selection.
Winners must respond within 48 hours to confirm acceptance and schedule their therapy.
Failure to respond or complete scheduling within 5 days will result in forfeiture.

Winners may be asked to verify their identity and residency before treatment.
Medical consent forms must be signed prior to any procedure.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible, completed entries.
Referrals may increase a participant’s odds only if the referred entrant lists the referrer’s name and is drawn as a winner.

8. PARTICIPATION SCHOLARSHIPS

All eligible non-winning entrants who have completed their consultation may receive a $1,500 per cc scholarshiptoward stem cell therapy.
This offer is optional and valid for 7 days after the winner announcement.
This scholarship is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.

9. PUBLICITY & CONSENT

By entering, participants agree that the Sponsor may use their first name, city, and likeness (photo, testimonial, or video) for marketing, promotional, and testimonial purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Written consent will be obtained prior to sharing any testimonial or treatment footage publicly.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or use of the prize.
Sponsor’s total liability is limited to the value of the stated prize.

13. SPONSOR RIGHTS & RESERVATIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any participant who tampers with entry processes or provides false information

• Modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway for any reason beyond its control (including technical issues or force majeure events)

• Substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bonneville County, Idaho.
